Course Aim:
The aim of this course is to introduce technicians who are interested in pursuing a career in orthodontics. Different types of anchorage and retention will be shown including, fabricating removeable and functional appliances. Expansion screws and their uses will also be shown and discussed.
Theory and practical construction for simple appliances using wire, acrylic and basic mid-line expansion screws.
