The DB Boys Grow Mos For Movember

This month, the Boys at DB HQ have ditched the razors to join in on the creative mustache growing activities for Movember. Movember helps raise money for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.

From the Handlebar to the Chevron, to the Pencil, to the Walrus, the myriad of mustache styles to choose from is inspiring and perhaps daunting. We look forward to seeing how their styles develop over the coming weeks.

Who is Team DB Mo?

The team determined to grow a fine collection of facial hairstyles in exchange for your generous donations are Team Captain Dave Dunne, Christian Burdess, Carl Carver, Oliver Martin, Scott Brook, Jamie Sayce & Simon Green.

For all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in your life, donate to Team DB Mo:

The idea of a DB Mo Growing team came to Team Captain Dave at Carl's wedding a couple of weeks ago. These particular health issues have touched a few of the team members, so it seemed a great way to have some fun and raise money for good causes at the same time.

About the Movember Charity

Men’s health is in crisis. Men are dying on average 6 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons. Unchecked, prostate cancer rates will double over the next 15 years. Testicular cancer rates have already doubled in the last 50. And across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 75% of all suicides.

Movember funds groundbreaking projects all over the world, engaging men where they are to understand what works best and accelerate change.

How's the fundraising going so far?

After 7 days, they've raised £113. Can the team's highly competitive spirit get this amount to four figures? Time will tell...
