What if my purchase is faulty?
We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK and comply with 'The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013'. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery. You must communicate such cancellations to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact DB Orthodontics within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund.
Do you have weight restrictions in place for your orders?
If your order weighs in excess of 2kg you may be subject to additional delivery charges, some of the aditional charges may not be calculated at checkout. If this is the case we will contact you with further information.
Do you ship internationally?
We may not be able to supply you directly if we have a distributor in your territory. In such a case we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. Please check the distributor page for details of your local distributor.
