The PMMA milling blanks consist of 10-layer PMMA of different color gradations. The special feature of the blanks lies in the continuous color gradient from the cervical to the incisal region in order to achieve absolutely natural esthetics.
The blanks are approved as class 2a medical devices and are therefore suitable for the milling of esthetic crowns and bridges as ›long-term temporaries‹ with annual dental check-up without limitation. THE SHOW consists of highly cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate and its appeal lies in its special physical properties and low residual monomer content. Thus it is the ideal solution for the manufacture of dentures with CAD/CAM milling machines.
It is produced from Rr-HCL-PMMA acrylic resin (highly cross-linked and reinforced polymethyl methacrylate with high molecular weight), similar to the material that is used for manufacturing dentures.
THE SHOW has perfect hardness and abrasion resistance. It is mixed with mineral pigments, which ensure its colour stability for temporary prostheses of the highest quality and durability.
