The Telescopic Advancer offer lateral movement, for patient comfort. Mandibular protrusion up to 7mm, for appliance adjustment. The kits can be fabricated with either dual laminate (hard/soft) thermoforming blanks like Iconic Dual Laminate 3mm or with more traditional cold curing ortho resins or heat curing acrylics to form the splint.
